Questions

How long does a listing stay up?

30 days. Renew from My Rentals for $20 (free on the property manager plan), or mark it rented any time.

What happens after I submit?

You pay on Stripe's secure page (or post free when a launch offer or plan applies). First listings get a quick manual check, and wording that may conflict with Fair Housing rules is held for review.

How do renters reach me?

Your listing page has a contact form. Messages go to your account email, which is never shown. If you add a phone number or website, those do show.

How many photos can I add?

8 on Standard and 12 on Featured, Multi-space and property manager listings. JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB each. Location data is removed from every photo.

Managing several places?

The property manager plan is $99 a month for up to 10 active listings with no per-listing fee.
